Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection on the homepage, click on any product to see the full details and available sizes. Select your size, set the quantity, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, click the cart icon at the top right of the page and proceed to checkout. You'll fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address — no payment is required at this stage.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Yes. You can add multiple products to your cart and check out all at once. Each item is listed separately in your order so you can choose different sizes for each product.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No account required. Simply browse, add to cart, and fill in your delivery details at checkout. We save your delivery address in your browser for faster checkout next time, but this is optional and stored only on your own device.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a discount code, enter it in the cart screen before proceeding to checkout. Click "Apply" and the discount will be automatically deducted from your order total. If your code is not working, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 341 9495255.
What happens after I place my order?
After you submit your order, our team will call you within 24 hours on the phone number you provided. We confirm your order details, answer any questions about sizing or the product, and arrange delivery. No order is dispatched without this confirmation call.
Payment
Do I need to pay online?
No. We do not accept online payments. All orders are paid by cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives at your door — no credit card, no online transfer, no advance payment of any kind.
Are there any hidden charges?
The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the item. Delivery charges are confirmed during the phone call — our team will tell you exactly what delivery costs to your city. There are no other fees or hidden charges.
Can I pay by bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash?
Currently we only accept cash on delivery. We are considering additional payment options in the future. For now, all payments are made in cash to the courier at delivery.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. This includes Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad, Mardan, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, and all other cities. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us and we'll confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi) typically receive orders within 3–4 days. Smaller cities and remote areas may take up to 7 days. Our team will give you an estimated delivery timeframe during the confirmation call.
How will I know when my order is coming?
Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability. You can also contact us at any point after your order is confirmed to get a delivery update.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will contact you before arriving. If you miss the delivery, the courier will typically try again or call you to arrange a suitable time. Contact us if you have difficulty and we'll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently we only deliver within Pakistan. International delivery is not available at this time.
Sizing & Products
What shoe sizes do you carry?
Available sizes are listed on each individual product page. Our most common range is EU 36–41. Not all sizes are available for every product — if a size is not listed for a specific product, it is currently unavailable. Check the size guide article on our blog for help finding your EU size.
Are the product photos real?
Yes — every product photo on our site is taken by our own team. We do not use stock photography or images from other websites. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive. Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions during photography and individual screen settings.
How do I know which size to order?
Check the sizes listed on the product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — especially for closed-toe shoes. What if a product I want is out of stock?
If a specific size is not listed on a product page, it is currently unavailable. Contact us — in some cases we may be able to source it or advise you on a similar available product.
Returns & Problems
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately — ideally with photos of the issue. Call or WhatsApp us at +92 341 9495255 or email raashidk.official@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
The easiest time to make changes is during the confirmation call, before your order is dispatched. If you need to cancel or change an order after that, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are easiest to accommodate before dispatch. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your name and the phone number used at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately and we will arrange a resolution. For other cases, please contact us to discuss. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
